Sinkboss®, LLC believes that customer satisfaction is a top priority. We are confident that we offer a high quality product, and hope that you agree. Sinkboss is a one-of-a-kind product, so if you have any questions, please contact us prior to returning Sinkboss. We most likely can offer a helpful solution.

Items purchased directly from www.sinkboss.com are refundable if returned within a 30 day period, in unused condition, and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of Sinkboss products that were purchased at retail stores. Pre-ordered and backordered items are refundable if returned within a 30 day period from date of shipment.
Customers will receive a full refund for the retail price of retuned items, minus shipping expenses. There will also be a $5.00 restocking fee for all returned items. To return an item, please contact us to receive a return authorization form. In order for a return to be accepted, the customer must include the original packaging and packing receipt, and an approved Sinkboss return authorization form. We suggest using a shipping method with a tracking number as Sinkboss is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed. Once your item is received and inspected, your claim will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued. Sinkboss reserves the right to evaluate return requests on an individual basis.

If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Sinkboss LLC will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for the 3 months from the day of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original packing receipt.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, accident, self-repair, or alteration. For specific warranty information on your item, please complete the form on the Contact Us page.
