Q: What is the best way to keep Sinkboss clean?
All parts of Sinkboss may be handwashed in the sink with soap and warm water, or placed in the dishwasher on a normal cycle.

Q: Do I need to take Sinkboss apart when washing?
Please separate the hooks, straps, and spike tray inserts before washing in order to allow all parts to be thoroughly cleaned and dried. The colander has a very snug fit within the main tray, but may also be separated. Please do not remove legs from the main tray.

Q: How do I separate the parts of Sinkboss that need to be separated?
To remove the hooks from the straps, simply pull the straps upward while feeding the upper portion of the hooks through the holes on the straps. To remove the spike tray insert from the side tray, push upward on the bottom of the tray with your thumbs through the holes on the side tray while holding onto the side tray with your other fingers. To remove the colander from the main tray, use your fingernails to separate the two materials until the entire diameter of the colander is released.

Q: What types of sinks does Sinkboss fit in?
Sinkboss will fit in the vast majority of sinks. The side edges of the sink must be horizontal and of equal height.

Q: What dimensions do sink basins need to be for Sinkboss to fit?
Sinkboss will fit in sinks of various shapes and sizes. The width should be between 11” and 22.5” wide. The length should be over 10” from front to back. For the colander to fully open, the sink should be more than 6” deep.

Q: Will I be able to use Sinkboss in a sink that is larger than 22.5” inches wide?
Yes! You can use Sinkboss in a larger sink by unfolding the legs and placing the entire apparatus on the bottom of the sink basin if the sink basin has a horizontal bottom.

Q: Can I use Sinkboss to wash and dry non- kitchenware items?
Yes! Sinkboss may be used to wash and dry any small item (ie. Paint brushes/art supplies) that you would normally clean in a sink.

RETURNS:
Items purchased directly from www.sinkboss.com are refundable if returned within a 30 day period, in unused condition, and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of Sinkboss products that were purchased at retail stores. Pre-ordered and backordered items are refundable if returned within a 30 day period from date of shipment.

Customers will receive a full refund for the retail price of retuned items, minus shipping expenses. There will also be a $5.00 restocking fee for all returned items. To return an item, please contact us to receive a return authorization form. In order for a return to be accepted, the customer must include the original packaging and packing receipt, and an approved Sinkboss return authorization form. We suggest using a shipping method with a tracking number as Sinkboss is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed. Once your item is received and inspected, your claim will be processed and a refund or replacement will be issued. Sinkboss reserves the right to evaluate return requests on an individual basis.

WARRANTY:
If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Sinkboss LLC will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for the 3 months from the day of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original packing receipt.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, accident, self-repair, or alteration. For specific warranty information on your item, please complete the form on the Contact Us page.

Returns and exchanges are only valid in the USA and Canada.

For Retail Orders
All orders (unless they are on backorder) are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Your shipping will be calculated upon checkout using the delivery address within the continental United States. Ground shipments may take as long as 7-10 days to receive. For shipments outside of the continental United States, shipping will be calculated based on the delivery address. You will be able to review your order, including the cost of shipping, before you place your order.
